Wow it’s been a while! I fell into the trap of thinking I could post only somewhat less often, with a lot better comics, but I ended up posting a lot less often often, with only somewhat better comics. 😬
This strip was originally supposed to be about negation. I had big plans — I was going to explore how it’s really hard to define what something is not. I was going to touch on how the idea of “something else” is very close to the idea of “everything else”, and everything else is also really hard to define. I thought maybe I could work regrets into it too, include some cool 3d venn diagrams, and a bunch of other things I don’t really know how to draw.
Anyways it was confusing and unrelatable, so I reworked it as a dating metaphor, but somehow the original idea got a little mangled.
But hey — it’s about time I posted, so here it is!
